The consultation manager was really bad. Rather than explaining things professionally, it felt like they were just trying to sell me something like a neighbor would. I went in because I only wanted the tip of my nose done, but they said I had to use L-shaped silicone or else my nose would droop later, and that even their own daughter used that silicone. I recently had a contracture and went in for follow-up, and at the first follow-up they said it wasn’t contracture. But when I brought evidence that my nose shape had changed, they said it was contracture. The manager also said she had worked with the director at a university hospital, but I’m not sure about that The director was kind, but seems to really like L-shaped silicone;;
