I went for a nose surgery consultation, but they were so unfriendly and it was obvious they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. It seemed like the doctor had his own idea of what kind of nose the patient should have, and it was too artificial-looking, so I decided not to have the surgery. It seemed like they kept patient information in paper files, and the system looked disorganized. I waited more than 30 minutes while they looked for my records.
