The director and the staff were all extremely kind. The consultation wasn't commercial at all and was sincere and wholehearted, which I appreciated. However, I didn't get the eyelid fat grafting here because I felt burdened by the fact that the entire procedure would be done under sleep anesthesia. Still, I got such a good impression that I always include this place when recommending clinics to people I know.
