The hospital is small, but there are many staff members for its size. The doctor is kind and explains things in detail. It's a small clinic, but I got the feeling the doctor is very self-centered. They had a lot of celebrity photos posted and various certificates hung up, but that actually made me feel resistant. At first the consultation manager, or whoever it was, told me to ask only one thing in a scolding tone, and from that point on I felt bad. It wasn't professional at all and felt like the hospital's front person. I don't like systems like this these days, and I had to repeat what I had already said, but at least the doctor explained things in detail, so I went ahead with fat grafting. The website and ads say they communicate with customers and talk like friends, but when I called after surgery with an inquiry, the staff cut it off there. I started wondering if my expectations were too high. Satisfaction with the surgery varies by person, but my satisfaction dropped. The surgery cost also felt a bit more expensive than elsewhere. I think it would be wiser to lower the surgery cost and use only essential staff.
