I had my first double eyelid surgery almost 20 years ago. At the time I thought it turned out naturally and nicely, and people around me said the same, but after a lot of time passed, I can see that the line in my left eye is a bit higher, and the left and right sides are uneven. Still, it didn't look obviously surgical and it did turn out naturally, even though it was an incision method. But the scar? You could still see it when I closed my eyes Before the surgery, they did say that because of my skin type, there was a chance of scarring.
