I had the surgery in a comfortable atmosphere while music was playing. The swelling kept going down for about a year, and now it looks very natural. There are no line marks left. You can't tell unless I say it. If you want a flashy design, I wouldn't recommend it. One thing I was disappointed about is that the surgery turned out asymmetric.
