I had double eyelid surgery about 8 years ago. I had an in-line buried method for the most natural look. The result was good good! It’s only very slightly uneven, but I think no one can make both sides perfectly symmetrical, and it’s not noticeable enough to bother me, so I’ve kept it this way. People said buried stitches can come undone, but it has held up really well. I think being careful not to touch my eyes and washing gently helped too
