I went in with high expectations because I’d heard so much about the director, but as expected from a specialist, he correctly identified the cause of my insanely annoying nasal congestion!! The reason I hesitated, though, was that the director’s principles were just too firm, so it seemed like communication would be difficult. At first I thought, like a famous restaurant, that being that firm was craftsmanship!! But after experiencing failure, I realized that in medicine, what matters is whether the director and I can communicate and find a compromise, and whether individual customization is possible. Our faces are not all the same!! So it didn’t match what I was going for, and I passed!!! Go see the before-and-after photos!
