I felt like I was somewhere between natural and pretty natural, and I wanted to keep it natural too, but after seeing the surgery reviews I liked it so much that I went for a consultation. I have a mild hump nose and a very droopy nose tip, but out of the five clinics I visited, this was the only one that said the hump area bone couldn't be adjusted and that it would be pointless. At the other hospitals, they all said it would be fine if the hump bone were shaved or trimmed a little, but only here they said that... It doesn't seem like they are very specialized in hump nose surgery. Also, out of the five clinics, this was the only one that recommended autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery.
