They said they would only use the fascia behind the ear and ear cartilage, and that the columella would absolutely not drop as much as I wanted. They said silicone wouldn't work because it would make my nose too long. If they made it short, the silicone would show, and if I wanted to bring down the columella like I said, they would have to do septal extension with rib cartilage or something like that, but they said they personally didn't like that method because it made the nose too hard. They seem to have a very fixed sense of aesthetics and a very fixed surgical method. It seems like they aim for a short, sharp nose like Jisoo from BLACKPINK.
