It seems like the director is extremely natural-minded. The consultation order is consultation - manager. I had about 25 to 30 minutes of consultation. I wanted a natural-looking nose, so I was very satisfied with the consultation. I have a hooked nose and an arrow nose, but because the hump wasn’t severe, they said all I needed was to raise the tip and fill in the hollowed areas. I liked that they said osteotomy wouldn’t be necessary. As for materials, they said they would use ear cartilage, and if any septal cartilage remained when improving the arrow nose, they would use a little of it as support. They also talked about symmetry and asymmetry...
