Then when I got the CT scan and consulted with the director, it felt like he understood my needs well and wanted to work with them, and his explanation was detailed too. But he said if the septum isn’t sufficient, they use donated rib cartilage, and that they’d have to open it up to know, so an extra 1 million won could be added. Then it would be 4.9 million won, which feels way too expensive, and at other places they analyze down to the millimeter with a CT machine and tell you the septum size and even things like the skin thickness over the nasal bridge, but here…
