The hospital atmosphere was clean, and the front desk staff and consultation manager explained everything well and were kind. Above all, the director was also so, so kind, and I liked how he spoke gently and pointed out only the key things. He also preemptively picked up on what a patient would be curious about and explained it well. He also checked whether I had anything else I wanted to ask, and he was gentle. I think he also shaped the line nicely. It looks natural, but maybe my eyes have a lot of drawbacks, so it seems like I need to add quite a few things, haha.
