This is a hospital I filtered out after getting a lower eyelid fat repositioning consultation. The reason I go for consultations is that I want to at least roughly check what my condition is and how much effect I can expect, but the doctor wearing glasses (I can’t remember the name) first told me to ask questions even though I had no information, and when I added questions to what he had said, he got angry and said, "Didn’t I just tell you that?". It felt like he had a hard time understanding the context of the conversation and the intent of my questions. The doctor should not just stare at the computer screen and talk like he’s giving a PPT presentation during consultation; he needs the skill to understand each patient’s individual characteristics and present a direction going forward. In the end, I was just glad I didn’t have surgery here.
