I had a consultation with Director Lee. First of all, the manager’s consultation before seeing the director was really professional. I already made up my mind after the consultation with the manager before seeing the director. The director’s explanation was extremely detailed. They said the surgery recommended by another hospital absolutely shouldn’t be done and that it’s something people don’t do these days, and then they provided a solution.
