When I visited, the front-desk staff welcomed me kindly, and the director who counseled me explained everything gently, which I liked! Especially, there was no waiting... that part was really great. I was able to have my consultation right at the reserved time. At first, the doctor seemed a little scary,,? kind of blunt? but as he talked, he smiled a lot and explained things very patiently. In particular, he seemed extremely confident, and it felt like he had been doing only nose surgery for a long time, so I trusted this place.
