I went for a nose consultation, and it seems like they always recommend a combined cheek-augmentation surgery here. I was recommended it too. After going and filling out the chart on a tablet, if you wait a little, the consultation manager takes front, side, and 45-degree photos on the tablet. The consultation with the doctor felt like it was less than 10 minutes. They said they’d use both the septum and ear cartilage, and that the surgery time would be within an hour. They also said that because the skin at the tip of the nose is thin, the cartilage might show through, and mentioned using autologous dermis as well. (That part is optional) I was disappointed that the doctor consultation was so short, but the consultation manager covered for it a bit. They’ve apparently been at this clinic a long time. They were kind and didn’t push anything excessive, so it was fine. Still, I wanted to see a wider variety of review photos, but they only showed me two cases Anyway, overall the consultation was not bad.
