It's okay except that the wait was a bit long. I consulted with the manager first and then the doctor, and both of them looked at me carefully. However, when the doctor looked at my face, it did not feel like he was strongly recommending surgery (he said things like, you are already pretty enough), so I started to think about the fat grafting surgery itself!
