A long time ago I had full-face fat grafting at a fat-specialty clinic, and even though I had it twice back then, the forehead still didn't take. After the surgery there was also way too much bruising in the area where they harvested the fat, so I even had trouble sitting on the toilet. At that hospital, for the second round they used frozen fat, but after 3 to 4 years I visited Omega Plastic Surgery, and they said they would use fresh fat for the first and second rounds.
