Looks experienced. One-person clinic. The manager was very kind. No CT scan was taken. Consultation fee free. Facilities were just so-so. I couldn't confirm the estimate cost. If you're pursuing safety, I recommend leaving it out. They seem to prefer silicone + nose tip cartilage over autologous rib or autologous tissue. Came in for a revision consultation because of nose calcification side effects. They said that even if there is calcification, if there is no problem, it's okay, and the skin does not get thinner, and that checking for contraction before the calcification is more important. They said that to check whether the lifted nose tip is due to contraction, pre-op photos are needed. Rather than pushing surgery, they seem to prioritize identifying the real cause of the side effect. After that, they decide on the surgery method while reflecting the patient's opinion. They are not especially kind, but somewhat trustworthy. For a clear diagnosis, they said to come back with pre-op photos or photos within one year after surgery. So I couldn't get a price estimate. I also learned here that Gore-Silicone was banned because of glue issues. I prefer single-doctor clinics, but since there is no anesthesia and only sedative sleep anesthesia, I'm debating it.
