I had a consultation for nose removal, and they said it could return to something similar to the original. They said the Megaderm on the bridge would be absorbed on its own after 2 to 3 years, and that they themselves can't scrape it off. They said the cartilage has to be tied when it's repositioned, and when I told them I knew there were clinics that said it didn't have to be, they said it absolutely has to be tied.
