I don't remember the exact amount... First, there is no consultation with the director; the consultation is done by the manager If I put it nicely, they tell the hard truth; if I put it badly, they're a bit rude I think they're just being honest.. I was disappointed that there wasn't a consultation with the director. Still, it's nice that it gives you a chance to think a bit more carefully
