For one thing, the hospital seems to have an old feel. The consultation manager also looked older and didn’t seem very professional. There was a bit of pressure to get surgery, and this was the first consultation where I didn’t meet the director. That made the trust level drop even more, so I didn’t have surgery here. The hospital staff were kind.
