The doctor seemed professional, and I liked that they clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t! I was torn between revision surgery and removal, but I was grateful that they seemed to want to match the approach to what suited me best. The consultation manager was also calm and seemed to empathize well! The only issue is the cost, so it’s not that I won’t do it here, but that I probably can’t. There’s quite a big difference compared with other places, so I want to do it, but I don’t think I can...!
