I had a consultation with Director Kim Chan-woo here. He explained why the tip of my nose looks thick by dividing it into cartilage and skin. He also explained shaving down the hump. But I couldn't really hear a detailed explanation about why the nose tip has to be lifted. The consultation manager was kind too. I heard that many trainees have had procedures here, but I don't know about that lol
