I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery. I went because of a crooked nasal bridge and a drooping nose tip, and first of all, they understood my needs well and designed it in a direction that could actually be done. There was nothing like 'that's impossible' in particular. They tend to adjust as much as possible to the patient, but if you ask them to be honest, they will tell you that unnecessary parts are unnecessary.
