The hospital has a lobby on the first floor, and when you wait they guide you upstairs. The hospital is quiet, but the consultation schedule feels packed. Still, the doctor never gives the feeling of neglecting the consultation or trying to finish quickly; he is kind and listens well to your opinions. I felt that the surgical scar would definitely improve and that he seemed confident about revision surgery. The manager was kind and not the type to push surgery aggressively, so it was comfortable. There is a consultation fee.
