The doctor doesn't seem to be the friendly, approachable type, and the staff members are the same. They're stiff, but they do explain things well. At other places, I was told lower blepharoplasty was necessary, but here they were the only ones who didn't recommend it lol They said it was ambiguous and only recommended an incision. I still don't want to do an incision yet, so I passed.
