I often saw posts saying they had to call hundreds of times just to get a reservation. But I called twice and they picked up right away. And even while I was waiting for the consultation, they barely answered the phone. I went after booking, and there was a bit of a wait. I’m not exactly sure, but maybe about 10 to 20 minutes? The staff were kind, and the director was kind too. But! They only answered when I asked a lot of questions, and I didn’t really have many questions, so the consultation ended early. I really liked the line they designed for me, and they didn’t recommend eye correction. When I said I didn’t want inner canthoplasty, they designed the line accordingly, which I liked. When I said I wanted outer canthoplasty, they explained why it wouldn’t work and recommended lower canthoplasty. I just really liked the line, so I think I’ll do it here.
