I could write endlessly if I went into detail, but this was truly the king of rudeness. I can sort of understand a doctor being rude, but there wasn't a single nurse or manager who was kind. On the surgery day, when the person coming out after surgery asked, 'Why is the next appointment different from what we talked about last time?' I just let it pass... I couldn't tell if the nurses and managers weren't communicating at all Honestly, the story kept changing every time. 'We'll have the doctor see your progress next week,' they said, then on the same day, 'You know the doctor can't check your progress today, right?' If I kept talking I'd hurt my finger, so I'm only giving one example, but it's not just one or two of these things. I just thought the management was a mess. I even felt so annoyed when I got home. I wouldn't care if the doctor didn't check my progress, but if the need ever comes up, I thought I should tell them they need to manage the staff better. (+ Even during surgery, the doctor scolded a nurse working right in front of him, which made it awkward...)
