The manager was kind and listened well, though a bit pushy. The doctor was very proactive in the consultation, checked inside my nose while I was lying down, and was enthusiastic, but hmm.. he seemed a bit flustered by my case and not quite able to get his bearings.. He also showed me the implants he had stacked up because he said they do a lot of removals and revision surgeries. I wasn't sure he'd do well with my nose, so I didn't go through with it here.
