I had consultations in the order of manager-director-manager, and first of all, the director really did a very thorough job with the consultation. At other places, a lot of people used toothpicks to draw the line during consultations, but here they used a tool for drawing the line...? which I liked. I really liked the line the director marked out, but since it was an incision, I just gave up
