I just did not like the line they showed me from the start. I immediately thought, just from looking at it, that I should go somewhere else. The coordinator who consulted me was kind enough, as far as I remember (though there was some subtle pressure to have the surgery). But whatever else, the design itself was not to my taste, so I passed.
