Right now I'm looking into secondary canthoplasty for the inner corners of my eyes ㅠ The reason I had revision surgery here back then was because of my double crease, and I absolutely had to get my eyes operated on. But at other places, many said they would do fat grafting to the upper eyelid, while here they said it wasn't necessary and that they would lower my own eye fat, which is why I chose it. The consultation manager was also kind and had an auntie-like vibe.. The hospital is small. But they kept insisting I absolutely had to do upper canthoplasty. I didn't even know upper canthoplasty meant inner-corner surgery, and I don't understand why they recommended it when it can lead to stair-step scars and hook scars.
