I consulted about a second nose surgery a few years ago~ They said they do the surgery with a closed approach, so there’s no scar on the columella, which is a plus, but I worried whether osteotomy or shaving down the dorsal hump would really go well because of the limited field of view, so I ended up not doing it.. And the coordinator pushed really hard for same-day booking, which actually made me trust them less, and it felt like a factory-style hospital, so that was disappointing…
