CT scan, then a consultation while looking at the photos. The counselor? Was extremely kind. Since this was my first surgery, I’m being careful and comparing options, and because I exercise, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. The doctor glanced at the CT, explained the function, then drew on my nose photo to show how it would be done, and I really liked that. But the price is so high that I’m still thinking about it.
