I had nose and eye surgery, and what they emphasized most was that I absolutely shouldn't end up with sausage eyes and that they should make it natural. But the most important thing was that they didn't give a detailed explanation of how many millimeters would be used. The eyes are okay, but the nose was made way too high, so I'm dissatisfied. The aesthetics seem good.
