The appointment was for 3:30, but because of the doctor's surgery schedule it was pushed back to 4:30. So I went at 4:30, but the consultation started around 5:10. First I had a short consultation with the doctor, then after waiting a bit more I met with the consultation manager. Everyone was very kind, answered questions well, and seemed to take careful notice of the details. They looked at my eyes and nose and said it seemed like it would work this way. I just said okay and left. That was it.
