As expected from a hospital that puts safety first, because I have a hump nose, they said they would do osteotomy + septal cartilage for the tip of the nose. I saw photos of people with a similar type to me, and while the natural look was nice, it just looked too natural. I was looking for a more refined look, so the consultation was good, but the direction I want seems different.
