This was my second round of in-person consultations, so my comparison group was only one place, so this may not be completely accurate, but I'll write down how I felt. Personally, the director's needs and my needs matched well. My nose is basically a hooked nose plus a hump nose. They said they do not use silicone, and would use the septum, and if that is insufficient, ear cartilage. And while showing me photos, they said they would not do it unless it had a natural style. Also, the procedure would be done closed.
