I looked for a natural nose and got a consultation because it was famous. I wanted only nostril reduction and cartilage binding, but they said cartilage binding alone was not possible and only cartilage repositioning + tip surgery would be possible. I wanted something simple without an open approach, but they said there was no closed surgery and only open surgery was possible.
