The doctor was extremely firm and had the style of saying clearly that what can be done can be done and what can’t be done can’t be done. I went because I heard the surgery skill was good, but they said it probably wouldn’t turn out the way I wanted, so they wouldn’t do the surgery and I just came back. The staff and the consultation manager were fairly kind.
