Even if you go at the scheduled time, you still have to wait a bit. I heard another couple complain, “Why did you even make a reservation if this is how it’s going to be?” lol The director was kind during the consultation and I could feel the professionalism, but the hospital does have a strong factory-like feel. As expected, they really push same-day bookings.
