The director really listens calmly and well.. I had the consultation right after my surgery ended, but I asked all the way to the end even though I knew they’d be tired. While I was being consulted, seeing them think it through with me about how it would have been if we had done it that way made my anxious feelings ease a little, so the consultation was really good.
