They seem to want the minimum necessary surgery and prefer a natural design. I was deciding between semi-out and in-out lines, and they recommended in-out. For canthoplasty, some other places suggested that upper canthoplasty might be good, but here they didn't especially recommend it. At the time I wasn't thinking about canthoplasty, so that was good, but now it looks a bit cramped, so I'm debating upper and lower canthoplasty.. haha The consultation was detailed and thorough. Recommended if you want a natural result.
