I'm not sure, it's a bit confusing. I went expecting things like 'kind,' 'thorough consultation,' and 'clear explanations,' but somehow it felt like everything was moving very quickly. The surgeon was kind, but looked very tired. When I said I wanted to make a reservation, they took me straight to the payment area, which surprised me a bit. I hadn't even changed clothes, and I hadn't had any tests done yet..? So I started worrying that something was off. Still, since they have a good reputation, I thought I should look into it a bit more... mo
