This is just absurd. When I went there, the consultation manager did all the consulting, and they said I could only consult with the director if I made a surgery reservation. I mean, the director hadn't even looked at my eyes, so what am I supposed to trust when making a surgery reservation? The consultation manager looked at only a few cases similar to me and then said, oh, if you do incision and double eyelid correction, that should be enough. You don't need fat grafting. Stuff like that. It just didn't feel trustworthy and it seemed unprofessional. I kept thinking, what exactly am I supposed to trust if I only consult with the consultation manager and make a surgery reservation? I was so dumbfounded after the consultation that I just left.
