Before I had eye surgery, I thought my monolid eyes were attractive, but eye makeup couldn't get rid of the feeling of heaviness and sleepiness. So I also had upper canthoplasty done so the eyes could look clearer while keeping the most natural feel possible, and I have to admit the doctor's sense of aesthetics here is excellent.. I did explain specifically what kind of look I wanted, and I feel it was reflected really well. The heavy feeling is gone, and the double eyelid isn't overdone, so I think my overall impression definitely improved.
