I don't really know... I stopped by while going to consultations at several hospitals. First of all, the atmosphere among the staff and managers was chaotic. They weren't being super rude or anything, but they were laughing only among themselves, and I also felt subtly looked down on. The director was worse... I hadn't prepared materials, and since it was my first consultation I was very nervous and kept stumbling over my words, but every time I spoke, they kept saying things like, what are you trying to say? They did mix in some professionally informed comments from time to time, but because of the attitude, it didn't really sound credible to me. I'm trying to think as positively as possible that maybe they were more unfriendly because I hadn't prepared the exact line I wanted or the materials. ;;
