People in the reviews said they were all rude, but I was fine with it. Maybe because I went through a referral from someone I know, they asked me for that person's name and told me the line, canthoplasty, and surgical method that would suit me. The surgery cost was also cheaper than other places. The hospital facilities didn't seem outdated either.
